Cancellation & Refund Policy
Subscription and service cancellations are handled according to the product purchased and the work already performed.
Terra Nova Pro
You may cancel a monthly Pro subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewals; access continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Guided services
Visa Support Sprint, Landing Sprint, and Full Concierge begin only after fit review and a written service agreement. That agreement will state the payment schedule, cancellation terms, and any non-refundable work already completed or committed to third parties.
Third-party costs
Government fees, translations, licensed-professional fees, travel, housing, and other third-party charges are governed by the provider that receives the payment and may be non-refundable.
