Planning platform
Terra Nova provides organizational tools, educational information, checklists, and concierge coordination. Information can change and must be verified against official sources.
Professional boundaries
Terra Nova is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, immigration, financial, or medical advice. Independent licensed professionals are responsible for their own advice and services.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for accurate information, official filings, deadlines, decisions, and compliance with government requirements. No visa, approval, housing, or relocation outcome is guaranteed.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account access secure and do not misuse the platform, access another person’s information, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the service.
Paid services
The scope, timing, price, and exclusions for concierge or sprint services are confirmed in a separate service agreement before work begins.
